Key takeaways from the conference: “Build yourself and the team” in Poznań

On Tuesday, October 21st, our colleagues Aleksandra, Anna, and Dagmara participated in the conference “Build yourself and the team: understand differences, utilize potential” as part of the Days of Entrepreneurship organized by Poznań Biznes Partner.

It was engaging, inspiring, and the whole event prompted reflection and discussion in the following days – a conversation that certainly won’t end there! 💡

🔹 The leader’s role is important and we must remember the importance of regeneration – the example shared during the conference, showing how one decision-free day can make a huge difference, truly resonated.

🔹 Utilizing technology for development – AI as a tool supporting employees in their growth journey and navigating today’s market challenges.

There was also a valuable workshop that provided an interesting perspective on management styles, approaching employees at different development levels, and decision-making pitfalls. 📚
